APPLE iPhone 5 will be launched on 2 November 2012 in INDIA

Hello apple fans it's been a great news for you that much awaited apple iphone 5 will be launched on 2 November in INDIA & it will be priced at Rs 45,500 for the entry level 16 GB model and the 32 GB & 64 GB will be priced at Rs 52,500 & 59,500 respectively.

The prices have been shared by Redington, one of the two distribution partners of Apple in India.Both black and white versions of the phone are expected to go on sale.As we know that Apple Iphone 5 is the fastest selling smartphone because after launching it the company has sold 5 million devices in the first weekend.Another good news is that APPLE slightly reduced the price of iphone4 & 4S in the country & iphone 4S is now available at Rs 40500.

Sony Mobile launches Xperia S at Rs 32,500



On 10 April,2012 SONY announces new XPERIA range Smartphone in India. The new Sony mobile XPERIA range includes the Xperia S, U, P and Sola. The Xperia S will be available immediately for Rs 32,500 while for other models can be expected in coming two-three months.

The Xperia S becomes the first Sony Mobile branded phone in India. Sony bought Ericsson's stake in the joint venture company of Sony Ericsson and has also changed the brand name to Sony Mobile.

Huawei launches Honor & Ideos X5 smartphones in India

Huawei India has officially launch two of its Android smartphones in the country. It's the Huawai's Honor and the new Ideos X5 smartphones powered by Android'OS Gingerbread. The price of Honor is Rs 19,990 so it directly competes with the mid range smartphones like Sony Ericsson Neo V, HTC One V, LG Optimus Black P970 and Samsung Galaxy S Plus.

Huawei Honor which have a great look features a powerful 1,930 mAh battery, which claims to give upto 9 hours of talk time, 6 hours of gaming and 10 hours of video, and a over all three days backup on a single charge. It also featuring a 4-inch scratch resistant Gorilla glass and FWVGA display with 245 pixels per inch (ppi)-the highest in it's category.

India Gets 4G With Airtel Launching Services


1G(No broadband), 2G(broadband followed, 3G(broadband followed) but in 4G a new chapter in India's telecom revolution begins. India got its first 4G service with the country's largest mobile services provider Bharti Airtel launching services Tuesday based on the TD-LTE(time division long term evolution) technology in the north-eastern city of Kolkata. Bharti is rolling out this service in four cities starting with Kolkata and said that  it will be ready to launch 4G service in Bangalore in the next 30 days. 
  
Airtel 4G LTE to put India on to the data superhighway. Lightning fast internet speed - HD video streaming, instant photo and video downloads and sharing will now be just a click away. 4G LTE services will contribute to Government's vision of Broadband on Demand and building India's digital economy. The network has been rolled out in partnership with Chinese equipment vendor ZTE and is theoretically capable of 100 megabits per second speeds.


India's telecom minister Kapil Sibal said at the launch that mobile operators had not lived up to the "challenge" of delivering the "appropriate devices" and the "innovations" required to make 3G's high bandwidth spectrum available to the aam admi, or the common man 


Airtel 4G , besides offering rich content, will allow superfast access to High Definition (HD) video streaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos and much more. It will also help in bridging the digital divide and add to economic growth in rural areas by enhancing the reach of e-governance, e-health and e-education services.


The company has announced 2 different USB dongles for accessing 4G service priced at Rs 7,750 and Rs 7,999 and three data plans ranging between Rs 999 and Rs 1,999.  The lesser priced device is meant for indoor access of the service while the higher priced dongle is for using broadband on the move.
